Eval bar

The bar beside the table that shows your pot share, or your equity when no strategy is known, while the engine is on.

Last updated

What it means
A tall bar to the left of the table. Gold is your pot share from a solved or searched strategy. Blue is plain equity, used where no strategy covers the spot, such as a pot with three or more players.
How it is calculated
It updates each time the spot changes, a moment after the cards settle. The number above it is the same reading as a percentage.
Worked example
On a dry flop where you hold top pair, the bar might read 70% gold. In a three-way pot the same hand might read 48% blue: equity against all three ranges, with no strategy behind it.
Why it matters
It lets you check how a decision changes your spot without reading the whole answer.
