By using Solved Hand you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Our privacy policy explains what data the app keeps.

Solved Hand is a study tool for no-limit hold'em. It is not a gambling site. There is no real money, no deposits, no prizes and nothing to win or lose but practice points. The chips, stacks and payouts in the app are pretend.

The ranges, solver answers, grades and lessons are models and rules of thumb. They simplify real games and can be wrong or out of date. Nothing in the app is financial, legal or professional advice, and it does not promise that you will win at poker. If you play for real money, you do so at your own risk and must follow the laws, age limits and site rules where you play.

If gambling stops being fun, ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) offers free, confidential help around the clock.

You must be 18 or older to use the app. You may use it for your own study. Please do not try to break it, overload it, or copy and resell its content or code. The app, its code, text and artwork belong to its author.

Your progress is stored only in your browser. We cannot recover it if it is lost, so export a backup from the settings page now and then.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may change, break or go offline at any time without notice.

To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, money or profits, that comes from using or being unable to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.

These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and using the app after that means you accept it.
