For learning, not for gambling
Solved Hand teaches poker decisions with play chips. You cannot deposit, bet or win money here, and the app does not link to sites where you can.
For adults
Solved Hand is made for people aged 18 or over. Where you live, the legal age to gamble may be higher; that law applies to you.
Signs that gambling is causing harm
These come from the questions the NHS uses to check for gambling harm:
- You bet more than you can afford to lose.
- You need to bet larger amounts to get the same feeling.
- You try to win back money you have lost.
- You borrow money or sell things to get money to gamble.
- Gambling has caused you stress, anxiety or other health problems.
- People close to you have said your betting is a problem.
- Gambling has caused money problems for you or your household.
- You feel guilty about the way you gamble, or about what happens when you do.
If any of them sound like you, or like someone close to you, the services below can help.
