Call when your equity is above the number on the right; implied odds can make up a little of a gap.

Each cell names the earliest seat that raises the hand first in: UTG Under the gun, MP Middle position, CO Cutoff, BTN Button, SB Small blind. Open it from that seat and any later one. Pairs run down the diagonal, suited hands above it, offsuit below. Source: Solver output at 100bb chipEV with no ante. CFR over the 6-max preflop tree (opens, 3-bets, 4-bets, 5-bet jams, cold calls and squeezes) on the 169 hand classes, with showdown equity from the preflop equity table. Equity realization factors: in position UTG 1.15, MP 1.15, CO 1.16, BTN 1.20, BB 1.05; out of position UTG 1.00, MP 0.96, CO 0.92, SB 0.90, BB 0.89; pairs 1.00, suited 1.06, offsuit 0.92, less 0.05 a gap; equity raised to the power 1.30 so weak hands realize less. Pots that are all in use plain equity. Approximate: a preflop model of postflop play, not a full postflop solve..
Read the tables from left to right during a hand. Count your outs, read the chance of hitting from the outs table, then compare it with the equity the bet in front of you needs from the pot odds table. If your chance is higher, calling makes money; if it is a little lower, the money you win later when you hit, the implied odds, can still make the call right.
You hold a flush draw on the flop and face a bet of half the pot. The outs table gives 9 outs a 35.0% chance by the river, and the pot odds table says a half-pot bet needs 25.0%. If the bet puts you all in, call. Facing another bet on the turn, with one card to come, the chance falls to 19.6%, so the price matters again.
The odds are exact: the outs columns count the cards left in the deck, and the rule-of-thumb columns sit beside them so you can see where the shortcut runs high.
