Misclick

Clicking the wrong button in an online game, such as folding when you meant to call.

What it means
A misclick is an action you did not mean to take online: a fold instead of a call, a raise of the wrong size, or an all-in by accident. The site acts on the click, so the action stands.
How it is calculated
Most sites have no undo. Slow down on big decisions, turn on any confirm-before-all-in setting the site offers, and check the bet box before you click.
Worked example
You mean to raise to 2.5bb but type 25bb. The raise goes in at 25bb, ten times the size, and everyone behind folds, so you risk 25bb to win the 1.5bb in the blinds.
Why it matters
A misclick costs chips and can tilt you for the rest of a session. Players also type it in chat after a strange play, so treat it as a claim rather than always the truth.
