Frequency
How often a strategy takes an action with a given hand, as a percentage.

- What it means
- A strategy says not only what to do but how often. A frequency is the share of the time an action is chosen with a particular hand in a particular spot.
- How it is calculated
- Frequencies for the actions in a spot add up to 100%. Solvers produce them; charts store them per hand class.
- Worked example
- A chart might raise a hand 72% of the time and call with it 28%. Over 100 identical spots, you raise 72 times and call 28.
- Why it matters
- When a spot has no EV data, the app grades by frequency: choosing a common action scores well and choosing an action that is never taken is a Blunder.
