Practice calendar
A heatmap of how many graded decisions you made on each day, a week to a column.

- What it means
- Each square is one day, darker for more decisions. Columns are weeks and rows are days of the week, so gaps and habits stand out at a glance.
- How it is calculated
- Every graded decision counts once on the day it was made, including days rolled up into daily summaries. The shade steps up in quarters of the busiest day in view.
- Worked example
- If your busiest day in view had 120 decisions, days with 1 to 30 get the lightest shade and days with 91 to 120 the darkest.
- Why it matters
- Spaced repetition works best with little and often. The calendar shows whether you are practicing steadily or in bursts.
