Session routine
A short warm-up before playing and a review after, to make good habits automatic.

- What it means
- Before: check your energy and focus, pick one process goal and a stop rule. After: note the hard decisions and how you felt, then review them away from the table.
- How it is calculated
- Keep it to a few minutes. A process goal is about your decisions, such as folding more to river raises, never about the result.
- Worked example
- Before a 90-minute session: 'Goal: c-bet small on dry boards. Stop after 3 buy-ins lost.' After it: two river hands marked for review on /history.
- Why it matters
- A routine turns good intentions into habits and catches tilt and tiredness before they cost money.
