Coach mode
A table helper that shows your position, what the grader prefers, the pot odds and one line of reasoning before you act.

- What it means
- With coach mode on at /cash or /tournament, a panel next to the table says where you sit, which play the chart, solver or rule of thumb prefers for your hand, and the price of a call when you face a bet.
- How it is calculated
- The coach grades every play you could make with the same data the grade uses, then shows the best one and its reason. Decisions made with the coach on are marked with the coach in the grade list and count for less toward mastery.
- Worked example
- On the button with A5s and everyone folded to you, the coach says the chart prefers raise, with the chart's raise frequency as the reason.
- Why it matters
- Seeing the answer before you act teaches the pattern while you play. Turn it off once you know the charts, so your mastery reflects what you know on your own.
