What it means
In a run you play one table while the other tables are simulated. Players bust, empty seats are filled from other tables, and the field shrinks through the bubble and the money to a final table.
How it is calculated
Every decision is graded as at a single table: preflop against the charts, flops and turns from the solver packs where one covers the spot, turns and rivers by equity. Once the bubble is near, a call or fold facing an all-in is graded with ICM over every stack still in. The end screen adds up EV loss for each stage: early, middle, near the bubble, in the money and the final table. A seed replays the same deal.
Worked example
In an 18-player run paying 3, you lose 1.5bb early and 6bb near the bubble, where calling a 15bb shove with 50% equity needed 54% with ICM. The bubble is the stage to work on.
Why it matters
Mistakes cost different amounts at different stages. Seeing EV loss by stage shows whether you leak chips early or give up prize money near the pay jumps.
